NIGERIA PLACES TRAVEL BAN ON HIGH RISK COVID-19 AFFLICTED COUNTRIES

The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria today 18th March 2020 bans 13 high risk Coronavirus afflicted countries from travelling to the country. The named countries are: China, Italy, Iran, South Korea, Spain, Japan, France, Germany, Norway, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Netherlands and Switzerland. As an effort to curb the global pandemic Covid-19, the National Youth Service Corp of Nigeria has halted its orientation activities nationwide. The Batch A Orientation Camps for graduates which commenced its activities on the 10th of March 2020 and due to end 21 days after has now been cut short.
