Being COVID-19 positive isn’t a death sentence, therefore, life must continue despite the solitary living this pandemic had caused the world, in order to curtail its spread.

On 12 April 2019, to mark the resurrection of Christ Jesus at Easter, a special Saxophone display was arranged for the residents of the Lagos Isolation Centre in Yaba where BJ Sax treated them to lovely tunes to lift their spirits.

The Lagos State government is doing their best to keep the centre sane.

Here’s a glimpse……..

While in another development; in order to emphasise the precautionary measuresΒ  of social distancing, the first family of Lagos State have shared moments of online Easter worship with us on the social media platforms of H.E Gov. Babajide Sanwo-olu.

While sharing the family pictures, the Governor stated as follows;

“My wife and I worshipped online for #Easter, praying for our family, Lagos and Nigeria.

Easter offers us an opportunity to rethink our relationships as individuals, as communities and as a nation as we face these extraordinary times together.

We are strengthened for the work ahead and pray that the ominipresent God we serve visit every home at this time.”
