Some of these MHAs are bent on the impeachment process on the account of alleged misconduct of the the Deputy Governor.

The letter signed by 14 members of the Ondo State House of Assembly made seven allegations against the Deputy Governor

The allegations are as follows;

  2. Abuse of office with action likely to bring down Ondo State government.
  3. Financial Recklessness
  4. Abandonment of office
  5. Actions on 22 June 2020; a recorded altercation between the Deputy Governor and the Commissioner of Police with an alleged intent to cause a breach of peace in the state.
