A proposed bill to prohibit the stigmatisation of victims of rape and insurgency has passed second reading in the Nigerian Senate. Rape: Note Of Warning To Those Who Justify Rape

Nigerians who justify the act of rape are now at risk of getting arrested as suspects, according to the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP). Ms. Julie Okah-Donli, the Director-General of NAPTIP said this while answering questions from journalists in Abuja on Wednesday.
